12. Implementation Roadmap

To deploy these SOPs effectively—whether for yourself or a new hire—we must follow the SYSTEMology “Deploy” Stage. The goal is to move from “reading a book” to “executing a system” by creating a structured onboarding sequence.

This is the Implementation Roadmap that bridges the gap between the theory of The Persuasion Code and the operations of your business.

Phase 1: The “Systems View” Orientation

Before touching a marketing asset, the trainee must understand the Critical Flow. In SYSTEMology, this means knowing how one task leads to the next to create a result.

  • Task: Review the Linear Flow Map.
  • Objective: Understand that you cannot “Deliver” (Step 4) until you have “Diagnosed” (Step 1).
  • Resource: The Master Plan SOP.

Phase 2: The “Extraction” Training (Week 1)

In SYSTEMology, we don’t just “do” work; we “extract” the best way to do it. The trainee needs to learn how to capture the “Primal” drivers of your specific customers.

  1. The Shadow Session: The trainee shadows a sales call or customer interview.
  2. The Pain Audit: Their first assignment is to list every “Pain” they heard during the call and categorize them (Financial, Strategic, or Personal) using the Diagnose the Pain SOP.
  3. The Evidence Hunt: The trainee must find 3 existing customer testimonials that prove our Claims. If they don’t exist, their task is to “extract” them from the account managers.

Phase 3: The “Neuro-Asset” Creation (Week 2)

Now the trainee moves from observation to creation using the specific tools from The Persuasion Code.

  1. Iconography: Using the Visual Design SOP, the trainee must create or source 3 “Neuro-Icons” for our core claims.
  2. The Reframe Exercise: Give the trainee a list of the top 5 reasons people say “No.” They must use the Objection Reframe Matrix to write a 1-paragraph response for each.
  3. Scripting: The trainee drafts a 60-second video script or a cold email using the Primal Brain Script Template.

Phase 4: The “Gatekeeper” Test (Week 3)

This is the final step before the trainee is “System-Ready.” They must prove they can maintain the standard without supervision.

  • The Audit Challenge: Give the trainee a “bad” piece of marketing (either an old company asset or a competitor’s page).
  • The Task: They must use the Neuro-Audit Scorecard to grade it and then write a “Prescription” on how to fix it (e.g., “Increase Contrast by adding a Before/After visual”).
  • Passing Grade: They must identify at least 4 out of 6 missing “Primal Stimuli.”

Phase 5: Performance & Scaling (Ongoing)

Once onboarded, the worker enters the “Scale” stage of SYSTEMology.

  • The System Hub: The trainee is responsible for keeping the “Claims Library” and “Neuro-Icon Vault” up to date.
  • The Feedback Loop: Every month, the team meets to review the highest-performing “Grabbers.” The best ones are added to the SOP, and the lower ones are deleted (Optimisation).

The “Onboarding Package” Checklist

To get started today, ensure the following items are in a shared folder (your “System Hub”):

**The PDF of the Master Plan** (The 4-step NeuroMap).
**The Seven Catalyst Audit** (The "Red Pen" tool).
**The Video Extraction** (A recording of you or a top performer explaining the "Pain").
**The [Neuro-Audit Scorecard](/sops/09-audit-scorecard/)** (The final exam).
